The Eco Air Boiler was installed in the back garden near both the kitchen and bedroom window, with the standard sound baffles guarantee no noise issues.

In doing so carbon emissions were reduced by 60%, from over 5000kg a year to just 2000kg.

Fuel bills for heating were reduced from £1283 to £490 pa, a reduction of 65%.

Once the Renewable Heat Incentive is available this home would pay back its investment in 4 years. The future bills of the family were also dramatically cut and the risks of a rising oil price removed by installing an MCS accredited Eco Air Boiler.
