This family home were originally running their heating and hot water on OIL. In past years this has cost them a small fortune and, with the increasing prices, lately became a serious issue. Global Energy installed a 9 kW Eco Air Boiler fitted with the 250 Litre ECO Store tank providing their home with domestic hot water, central heating and under floor heating.

This brand new pool house was the first of its kind in the local area which has now led to multiple installations. The owners of this modern addition to their home were granted permission on the basis that they installed a Heat and Power System (HAPS). Having very little idea as to what this was they contacted Global Energy Systems and a team of our experts were called out to perform a technical site survey. They later installed self-sustainable HAPS. An Eco Air Boiler has been installed in a small plant room at the back of the building coupled with the Eco Solar Panels which offset the low energy consumption of the Eco Air Boiler and is not only heating the building but also dehumidifying the pool area.

This system is incredibly cost-effective to run and has next to zero carbon emission. The system also exempts the building from any carbon tax. The owners of this pool house later purchased an Eco Air Boiler for their main home and are no longer reliant on fossil fuels such as Gas, Coal or Oil.
